Description:
An ideal introduction to
the UAE's capital and the island on which it
stands, our tour begins with an early-morning trip
to Shiekh zayed mosque a reflection of
beauty of modern design which is the
third largest mosque in the world, then we
move to fishing harbour and dhow yard. Moving
on to the renovated Al Husn Fort and the Abu Dhabi
Cultural Foundation, we next visit the markets in
and around Port Zayed.
Driving along the
spectacular Riviera-style Corniche, we arrive at
the Heritage Village, which provides an insight
into the life of the Arab community before the
discovery of oil. We finish the tour with a trip
to the tip of the breakwater for a superb view of
the city's dramatic skyline.
